Jacqueline Otero Vega

Is an Environmental Specialist, experienced in bioenergy and microbiology projects, water and wastewater treatment, lab analyst, permit applications submittal and follow up, environmental assessments, and environmental impact statements. Jacqueline holds a license as Operator 1V of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant and is certified as FLSWPPP Inspector, and Construction General Permit Site Inspector. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in environmental management, with a concentration in Evaluation and Handling of Environmental Risk from Metropolitan University of Cupey, Puerto Rico and a bachelor’s degree in Microbial Technology from the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo Campus.
